I Quit My Job to be Independent Not everyone thrives from working independently, but you might. For some people working under and organization is great because it supplies you with benefits, an income, an infrastructure to work off of, a system to work with that keeps you focused. I personally don't think businesses get enough credit for what they truly give their employees. Everything is built for you to be successful, the technicalities of the micro work conditions is another story.
