The Importance of having a Vision - How to Create and Accomplish Your Visions

The Importance of having a Vision - How to Create and Accomplish Your Visions How do you define a personal vision for yourself? I see the vision as something that always changes, its something that by going towards it, whether it be goals, challenges, purpose, it changes us in the process as we fit the mold of the equation we call vision. I gave some examples of processes to accomplish visions, so I wanted to give their descriptions here: Spiderweb/layered process: Easiest relating to purpose/vision/mission. Take the example of what you want to accomplish let's say, engineer, then think of the most specific niche career you can, as an electrical engineer. It's called the spiderweb/layered because with any mission/purpose or vision you have surrounding, related careers you can sidestep into, the idea is to explore your internal drives of purpose and dive into the different layers of purpose, mission and vision. Parallel Linear: The process of having two or more linear avenues to simultaneously explore to reach your vision. Non-Linear: Most commonly perceived when a vision is not detailed enough to conceptualize to actions/decisions. Usually scattered in nature, the route to this kind of vision has no pattern, it is random, because it involves different kinds of variables that cannot be organized by time, or forced control. Bridge-Linear: Connecting the vision to your conscious understanding. It requires you to bring as much detail and context to your vision as humanly possible.
